A very good exercise for hitting your delts m8 is lat raises. If you say that the rear delts is the one thats lacking more then hit them more. You can use various movements doing the exercise.standing lats raises performing them with either dumbells or a cable machine would be suffice.Bent over rows is another form of hitting the rear delts too, either with DB or a bar....Try a variation of these exercises m8 and see what you respond better too.
here is lat raises with a bench also you can incline the bench to suit your needs.when performing this exercise, pause at the top(squeeze) then slowly lower as momentum can take over when lowering. You want the muscles to take the strain remember.

No problems m8 1 other thing I should emphasize is forget about the weight.Form is the important part here m8.Once you have mastered that out then think about weight increments..Good luck and anything else just ask

I do wide grip pull-ups. It takes a while to get the full range of motion (from bottom to to top) but I developed my technique by just going as high as I could unassisted.

You will hit sticking points, if so, get someone to support the tops of your feet, which are facing the floor, like they are giving you a leg up and push down on them, just to get you past that sticking point.
