Default Any Advice for a fatty

I am 39 and at last weigh in I was 16.3lb,I did drink cider but have not done for about 2 years but now in place I eat a packet of chocolate biscuits a day and any other cake or nice thing

I have never smoked and when from about 16 -20yrs old was fit could run and weight trained

Now I ache all the time, feel bad dont want to do much and I am not working, got layed off and started having panic attacks so that stop me going to work.

I took these pictures about a week ago and they have shocked me so I have started to do some exercise, I have got a push bike (first time out thought i was going to die, heart racing so much) and a exercise cycle and the sons got a few weights
I have now cut out biscuits altogether and try to eat healthy, but do like my cups of tea no suger

I need to get rid of that belly and those tits and muscle up
    thanks for any Advice.

hi mate, im in a similar postiton to urself, I have just purchased the abs diet book and read it in a couple of days. its really interesting and proven to work very successfully! Its written by the chief editor of mens health magazine!

im now writing out a shopping list so i can start the diet on monday.
it also has a fitness regime which looks nice and easy to follow.

Why not pop over to menshealth.co.uk and look at the diet forum plenty of people on there with lots of success using this.

or alternitavely take a look at www.absdiet.com the official site for a better understanding.

I purchased my book from amazon if you was interested was under a tenna!

you cant put a price on health mate!

    good luck!

Well m8 first n foremost get your diet sorted out...Try n cut out all those shitty snacks.here is a list of different types of foods to eat and what to limit eating..
Join a gym if possible as its hard trying to get anywhere training at home.See if you can get someone else to join you.Keep a record of how you are doing them you can see where you are going in terms of weight loss.Keep at it and will notice the weight coming off at first then slowly starts to take a bit longer but thats expected..
You get out what you put in m8..Stick at it and you WILL see a difference
Good luck and have a breeze through that list, even print it off as a keep sake..handier that way....Anything else fire away

    • don't advertise your shitty backups here
    • go running/ride a bike for good CV exercise

try to eat lots of fruit and veg each day, drink water (try to cut out the beer(very hard)) and try not to eat late at night I cut out food after 6pm and just had water. But try to eat normally skipping meals is not good.

its hard work but if you stick at it you will get results. good luck mate.
