Downgrade 1.5x to 1.50

Yoshiro from Team Wab just revealed that he managed to downgrade 1.5x PSPs back to 1.50. He will release the method on September, 1st. w00t! I really hope this would save the poor people around here who have suffered a v1.5x PSP for a long time. Stay tuned and wait to rock!

hope tyhis happens as i recieved a 1.51 a coupla months ago and my m8 swapped me his 1.50 now he looks a little envious when im playing new games so id love to downgrade him and pack his mem stick full of goodies for being sucha good sport!!!

word on the beef train is that all euro PSP's are 1.52....schweeeeeet

bollocks to that, they come with 2.0, the beef train was not only wrong but also so very very wrong that it actually got me excited thinking there'd be LOADS of 1.5x/1.5's knocking around...silly me.

hmm some say uk will be 1.52 but as soon as you pop in the umd demo disc it will ask you to upgrade to 2.00.My advice is dont do it just yet if you want to run homebrew ...wait for yoshi to deliver

UK psp is def 2.0 - all my local GAME have 2.0

Not all UK psps will be 2.0, apparently there will be two product codes: PSP-1003K=ver1.52 and PSP-1004K=ver2.0

fair enough - just all my local shops have only 2.0 in stock. A couple of display models are 1.5/1.51 but all others were 2.0

I have a UK PSP...... it is a version 1.52 and comes with the demo disc that upgrades it to 2.0 like the guys above have said...... dunno if all of em will be 1.52 but mine is anyway

EU PSP Firmware Version Confirmed v1.52 Last Month...

Alot of people have been questioning what firmware revision the PSP will come with, well Eurogamer reported that the PSP will definately come with version 1.52 firmware in EU regions. They had wrongly reported it would come with v2 firmware but then Sony got in touch and let them know that EU psp's will come with v1.52.

cant see it working for UK 1.52's as theve got nnothing to downgrade to ... unless its a hacked updated file that tricks the psp into thinking its a newer version

to be honest i am in 2 minds about upgrading to 2.0. If i own the orignals i will play them over and over again. But if they are just on my mem stick i will prob play, get stuck and then put a new one on.

As i cant open the PSP thats here and am waiting for the correct order to turn up ( the one here was from a cancelled order and showed up and the correct order - from diff places has yet to appear ) can anyone say whats on the demo disc? i know that means it upgrades the psp, but if anyone knows, please yell
