hello again can someone tell me how to get the cool little pics up under you username? i go to my forum details but all the thumbnails are just red crosses and numbers . can someone plz help

You're in the wrong section for asking questions mate. However, you're better uploading your own avatar from your HD as the forum ones don't work I believe.

have you tried uploading 1 from your pc ? failing that you will need to host 1 on your webspace cos i believe the standard ones on this board dont work or have been disabled .

try using search on the forum for avatar it has been mentioned previously

p.s.The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 50.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

100x100 is vips only i think its 90x90 for normal members

the default ones were removed as they were shite

not sure if members can store their avatars on the df server most link them in from their webspace

i always uplaod my avatar to DF, just click here, scroll to the bottom and either link to a image or upload one.

now i feel like a space waster

edit: good old imageshack changed the error of my ways

I upload my avs straight to DF via CP

Use Microshaft Paint, choose "image - stretch and skew" to get the percentage you need to reduce by, keep playing until you get to 90 x 90 pixels
