help with satellite tv card

I have a tv/satellite pci card.I have tried to use it with dvb tv software but cannot seem to get it working

.Any suggestions would be greatful.

The card is a wintv nova and is installed with the correct drivers

More info would be nice, Like what is it doing?, what do you expect it to do? What dish set up is it plugged into etc etc

does it work with the bundled software?

make sure you have the correct lnb and sat setting
