[PSP] Winning Eleven 9, Editable!!

Hi

Seems as if the encryption on the asf files for winning eleven is exactly the same as the enryption used for the ps2 version, exspect a 100% english translation and all kits to be correct very soon!!

funnily enough, i was going to load up the ASF files tonight in DKstudio. Thats great news.. I would imaging the textures will be smaller, though.. so It might need a bit of resizing.. but this is good news
