server not working through wireless router

please help i have a belkin wireless router installed i can access the net ideal and use my laptop however the server i was using bulletproof ftp through no-ip will not connect as it says

Need to set external ip to route to internal

under Virtual Servers settings on ur router

change the port, your ISP might be blocking it.

try the Firewall > DMZ settins set it to point to your computers IP
