    Default Bolton Wanderers

Was at the game today and would like to applaud firstly Bolton's team for a great game. Passed the ball well, not all long ball over the top stuff like some claim. Some great shots on goal (Speed). Mad ten mins in the second half gives a unbalanced view of the whole game.
Secondly, great supporters who got over the shock of those ten minutes and sang for their team. Well done. You done 'em proud.

PS Also like to thank West Brom for putting a 'cherry on the cake' this afternoon. :thumbs

Well I just watched the MOTD highlights again, and must say the Essien "tackle" deserves to be reviewed by the FA video review panel, and banned for 3 games minimum. Horrible "tackle" in anyone's book. Career threatening in my book.

Then later, showing the "pretend card" for the handball, also deserves a card. His dismissal would have made a big difference to the outcome.

5-1 aint really unlucky. 1-0 in 92nd minute could be seen as unlucky.

It's like saying they were unlucky getting beaten 2-1 last game!!

This is very true, Chelsea reserves. They are untouchable the players they have are able to crush any team in the league including Man U and Arsenal. When you can bring a player like Gudjonsen on and he compleatly changes the way the team play they just need to make a change to put the oponent on the bck foot andthey can knock a few goals in in a short space of time and I dont know any team that can take that kind of punishment and come back to try and get back in tot he game.

The Essien tackle was disgusting and how he stayed on the pitch i dont know what the ref was thinking. but we have seen it before big teams always get the lighter side of the referee's wrath if any. they cant be upset with the FA they have too much influence over the league.

never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups!

The theme of this thread seems to have taken a "nasty tackle by Essien" route. Fully agree witth that. Happened about twenty foot in front of where I sit. But why then look forward to a team to "kick fuck out of Chelsea" to use your own eloquent term? You can't condone it and then look forward to retribution. Makes no sense (just like your next rant):nowords:

Never liked jellied eels meself. Or playing a "swanny whistle" whatever that maybe in Lala land.
And yes, I'm loving it! Who wouldn't: top of the league. No losses yet. Looking good mate. looking good.

With all those records broken last season and the hard workrates of all the players then we really have earned it.
