Everytime I start Internet Explorer or My Computer the Windows Calculator Starts as well.

Right-click the Explorer icon, choose properties, click the shortcut tab, and see if the command has anything extra added to it - this shows that explorer runs then the calculator:

Or have you set one of the programs in the Tools.. Options.. Programs to be Windows Calculator?
