a lot depends on all sorts of conditions but it can be quite clear, however you can buy special lenses that can produce far better results if you realy want to get into such a dodgey area.

My video camera is capable of this aswell, i just need a filter for it (forgot which one, been ages since i read up about this!) but like ABCMan said, the results depend alot on the weather conditions, and they'd need to be wearing near skin tight clothes, and it helps if the clothing is wet aswell lol It's not quite as impressive as it first sounds in my opinion and it'd need alot of experimenting to get right, even then, people are gonna think your a f-cking pervert filming them lol
