Xbox to Xbox FTPing...

I am trying to connect two xboxes using the ftp client to transfer information from one to another, and am having some difficulties.

I found the 'how-to' on the site, but it doesn't really give me the information i need, since i am rather illiterate when it comes to these things.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to do it. I know you need to set up different ip addressed for both machines, but i can' figure out how to do that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Why dont you just FTP from the xbox to your pc then from your pc to the other xbox.

It would be a good idea also to introduce yourself in the aplty named Introduce Yourself forum.

u got the program flash xp i take it we had loads of bother tryin to connect

box to pc with "cros over " cable wud it nick work so my m8 got a network cross over box

thing and it worked a treat

If you are transferring games from one xbox to another, DO NOT use a flashfxp or similar. cos it doesn't copy parts of the files across because of passive mode. Use xtoolbox or another xbox based ftp program, assign a IP to each xbox in user settings, tel the xtoolbox program the IP of the box you are transferring to, select the files you want to transfer, and off it goes
