What is the real difference of the two buttons at the top of the page?

because we can link the home one to a website like some forums do.

Why dont we make a home website? Rap should have the template I saw it a while ago and it does contain a thing for making sites in teh theme of the forum board, there was a ste using the same skin posted up here a wee while ago. Although saying that it will never get done anyway...

We used to have one but it takes a lot of maintenance and Rap just doesnt have the time .

Actually I was on about a portal and we did have one ages ago.
