I would just like to comment of the will power of the people shooting off (which presume is) Eid fireworks. It has been absoluely pissing it down in brum over the last couple of nights, and yet the fireworks have been relentlass!

Eid in brum is tmrw dirty girl so maybe yeh but i think some of the fireworks are maybe leftovers from halloween or just people doing it then.....in any case sorry if they bother you .... i personally find them annoying......

Eh? Surely Eid is is tomorrow for every where or does Brum have its own time zone that I was unaware of?

Anyway, the fireworks are no bother to me... just amazed at the fact that people have been letting off in this dire rain. I assume it must be relgion related other than Bonfire/Halloween purely because of the will power involved (maybe I am wrong to do so?)

This forum is not a place for religion and posts like this may start off innocently but they often descend into religious debates and the muslim faith usually comes in for a bashing so I've tried to save the forum from another fukin religious debate that we can do without.

If you feel the need to celebrate your religious holiday then do it somewhere else, this forum is inclusive and posting a thread entitled 'Eid Mubarak', which means nothing to many christians or peoples of other faiths, is not what the forum is about and has no place here.

The fireworks that have been going off are for the Hindu festival of Diwali.
