Does anyone else think it's shit?

- The referee blows too often
- Can't turn very well
- Iran actually have tactics
- The opposition are too good at predicting your passes and direction changes

I just don't find it as much fun as PES4, anyone else feel the same?

i play fifa 2006 on line all the time and like pro evolution 5 i'm shit aswell

You just have to get used to it, you have to take time to build your attacks more, create space by knocking it around and looking for the opening.

If you play FIFA you`ll be in the habit of "arcade" style football, which is end to end pretty much like basketball - PES5 is "proper" football..

Imagine your watching a match on the telly, they knock it around all the time looking for an opening, so when you control your team do what you would expect to see a player on the TV do...

You also need to get into the off the ball running and 1-2 passes etc, they help you create space and nick in front of the defenders to give yourself a yard.

As for the fouls, stop holding down the pressure button all the time, or use it and then swicth to the man pressuring to make sure you tackle or barge from the side rather than behind

if the ref is blowing to much and you're having trouble controlling it, its because you are playing it like pro evo 4. Its a different game! You have to have patient build-up play, not use your sprint button too much as its harder to control your player, its like real football!!!!!!

As Rikman said, its proper football, not 7-5 cricket scoring games like fifa.

Must be just us Lancashire lads who understand football properly.
