flumps section?

With all the new sections, and new suggested sections of late, I feel that df could benefit from having a section dedicated to flumps.



There are all different kinds of flumps: long ones, short ones, sugar coated ones, ones in wrappers, ones in tubs.

I think a new section for flump discussion would allow the subject to flourish, where it hasn't been able to in the past.

Of course, there would be the matter of finding someone to mod it :whistle
