    Default Night shots.

    Camera:- Canon 350D 18-55mm Lens
    Settings:- f16 25 sec AV

    Camera:- Canon 350D 18-55mm Lens
    Settings:- f16 20sec AV

    Camera:- Canon 350D 18-55mm Lens
    Settings:- f16 25 sec AV

Above three shots were taken in Barnstaple, North Devon 15/11/05

    Camera:- Canon 350D 18-55mm Lens
    Settings:- f22 13 sec AV
Location:- Empire State Building NY Oct 2005
Problems:- High wind, other people knocking tripod, freezing cold.

Just a few from me this morning. Thought I'd try a new layout as requested by some.
Pleased with my shots eapecially the night ones from Barnstaple. The tree came out much better than expected. Could do with a remote shutter switch now, so I can go with longer bulb settings next time.

    Info Re: Night shots.

Impressed with the shots there mate. I decided to take the top one and play with the levels a bit and sharpen it up a touch, i've lowered the quality to keep file size down to a minimum.

    Spoiler:

I love the first 2 shots, have a really good quality to them, cant put my finger on it, i like them though. Apocalypses edit is quite good aswell, seems to make it alot sharper.

Those NYC shots, wow, thats something i've always wanted to do, go to NY and take hundreds of photos lol just seems to be something magical about the place. Looks stunning in those night shots looking down on the city.

Looks like the 350D is quite a nice camera definately making me want to upgrade when i've got the money to.

Great pics wingnut, First one is great detail..the second and third ones look like the sort of rendering graphics you get in the 3-D games like Tombraider, very clean mate.

I like the blurred cloud effect caused by the long exposure in the first two.

NY looks like a great place to shoot. Did you take any panaorama shots ?

Photoshop's photomerge isn't as automatic as some, but it should get the job done. Here's a quick tutorial on it.

If you want more automation then ArcSofts Panorama Maker seems quite popular.
