[DS] Super Monkey Ball DS

Super monkey ball DS has come out today it's the jap version but is pretty much completely playable and works fine with supercard (for those of you that way inclined!)

My 1 line review ? Looks nice, has a good feel but the poor implementation of the touch screen control method and the dreadful camera (which seems to be locked behind the ball so swivels round all the time at the slightest nudge in any direction, very confusing) let it down a little. 7/10

I loved the original cube monkeyball and also on my ngage but since then i think the series has been a big disappointment.

what does everyone else think ?

played this on the xbox, and i must say i think the touch screen method on the DS is miles better to control. i love it! graphics do the job, nice and smooth, albiet quite basic... A great conversion.

and i also like that they have added the mini games (second option)

Monkey bowling on multiplayer... come on!

played the touch screen method for about half an hour, seemed a bit imprecise and went to the d-pad instead.. maybe will give it another go.

Very nice and quite fast - the touch-pad method will take a bit of getting used to. Nothing will beat the GC version, but this is a superb little conversion.
