hey all, just wanted to kno if anyone out there has had a problem with there ipod shuffle not being detected by itunes. i have install the latest itunes prog and the latest ipod updater,i want my shuffle back, hope someone out here can help me.

Done this with the girlfriends, unplugged it then plugged it into a different USB socket and worked...No idea why, think maybe this is a fault with my USB socket and as such no help to you whatsoever...sorry
Maybe worth a try tho.

As you know I hate iTunes...try the other software I sent you and good luck.
