    Help Windows User Accounts

My sister has a packard bell computer with 2 hard drives

The 1st drive is 80gb formated 25gb(primary partition) & 50gb(second partition). The OEM install of Windows XP Home does this automatically and places the user accounts on the second partition and Windows, Program Files etc on the 1st.

The 2nd drive is 40gb used purely to store data etc

The question is how do have the 1st drive as one 80gb partition whilst retaining all the user accounts.

I tried doing this about a week ago with partition magic and I lost the accounts. It ended up I had to do a OEM reinstall.

    Any ideas????

    Cheers

    Default Re: Windows User Accounts

Managed to copy all the user accounts over to the C: drive using safe mode.

Then changed the registry key showing the profile location

    Finally repartitioned the drive.
