PSP Downgrading?

Hi I've got a psp version 1.5 originally but upgraded it through a game to 2.5. Problem is, now i've realised the world of homebrew and wanna now downgrade to 1.5 again but having trouble doing so. As I said originally it was 1.5 and it just needs setting back to standard! any help would be much appreciated!

if you upgraded to 2.5 m8 your stuck with it. YOu can not at present downgrade from 2.5 (in fact only 2.0 and below is downgradable)
