Gotta be split screen or some such camera trickery.

Look at the wall directly behind the bloke. As the box goes up there's no shadow cast, but when the box drops, there is.

Looks good though.

saw another clip of this guy where he pulled the box about halfway up his body and then 'flew' round the room in it - can't find it now

my guess is that it's all done 'post' rather than any live camera tricks
