...anyone watch it? I just wondered if anyone can remember the "tapping" sequence that he claimed worked to stop cravings - my mate claims reckons it works but I think it's bollocks so wanna try it!

That show is so full of suggestion it's unreal. Must admit that bloke they started off early does look a lot slimmer, his missus didn't look like she was into the idea of it at all though.
