Cpanel

Am I going daft or what! I have my website and very rare use cpanel. Well a couple adays ago I brought a new domain, In cpanel says I can add a new domain.. So I add new domain following instructions from cpanel help page "As you do" Never LOL... Well reasons viewing cpanel help files is because After 3 attemps I am still unable to add this domain, I get this msg < Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup! > HUH whats going on?

My domain is .co.uk the new domain is .net Is that the problem?

are you sure that you are allowed to have multiple domains - if you've only got a basic hosting account you'll probably only be able to set up one domain

Most probs only allowed 1 domain.

I have 2 accounts with 4uhosting that have Cpanel. I stupidly brought another domain hoping to attach it to the basic account. I totally forgot that you can only have 1 domain. 0 additional domains.

Whereas the other account with them i have is business advanced or something. Allows upto 8 additional domains. I have 3 domains to that account and they work fine.

Pleed with your host to let ya have it.. especially if ya brought the domain from them aswell... ya never know.
