Bluetooth dongle probs

figured it out,il leave the problem underneath incase anyone else has the sameone sometime.
windows automaticaly detects the dongle,so u end up with a bluetooth icon next to your time, right click and goto recive file,then send the file from your phone.
its odd cause i only have to do this on the laptop, on the computer it recieves the file without having me to do that,i can send the file from the phone and on the computer il get a message asking me if i want to accept it, but, bill gates sucks so thats what i have to do.


THE PROBLEM
am having probs sending files from my fone to the computer,i can transfer files from the pc to the fone with no problems,and i can also use the remote desktop controll to move the mouse around on the pc by the keys on my fone,but files wont send, just says connection failed,any ideas? (it finds my pc wen i search for devices,and i have ticked the box to allow my fone to connect to the computer)
my fones an s700i and the dongles a safecom if it helps,i think its just a port setting problem but i have no idea about comports

u shud just b able to drag them from ya fone GAV using b/tooth in your program

I got an s700i aswell and started having problems, all i did was uninstall the bluetooth software and reinstalled it, then mine worked fine. good luck.

tried that last night m8,what port number is your 'incoming' set to?
also,i tried tdk mobile phone software,it will download all my names/numbers from my simcard,it will download all my message's from my inbox,but it wont go into my folders to get pictures or anything,just says file error :S do u think i might need something put on my fone to fix this?

the problem is windows, it has a bluetooth driver and are you have to do go to the device manager and pic the driver from the list and it will work with the software that came with it.
