Orange free text topup, anyone else having probs?

When me and the mrs registered our new orange sims they gave us 300 texts anytime which was to run out on the 22nd of this month, both of us had put �10 credit on in that time so further on in the 453 it told us that we had 300 texts to be used by 22nd of feb which is correct, but after useing only a few of the new 300 texts they have now stopped working, it still says we have so many left to use by 23rd of feb but neither will send a text, anyone else having this problem?

Mmm.. well i had a problem of m text not running out on the 14th like stated but just before im due to top up.

You have to top up before the 4th of every month

maybe that wasn't done?

Ive just put another tenner on and they started working again now, i dont know why they had stopped as i put �10 on it on the due date already..bloody ripoff

if you have �0.00 then sometimes they dont work

i get the 3000 free text thing, and if i have �0.00 they do still work, unless i use the emergency 60seconds free call thing?

well i had �8 odd still on there from when i topped up on the 22nd and had to put another tenner on for the free texts to work again, and so did the mrs...i'll be ringing orange in the morning to find out why it cost us double.
