NOKIA LOCKED...

Hi guys. i got a Nokia 3210 on voda and the securtiy code is asked for, i Have entred all the default codes with no joy and tryd a few site's that make it all network. when i put them codes it says SIM free unlocked. so the phone has some responce. just cant get past the secruity code. if it has been changed from default is there anyway to buy pass this.

You can get the security PIN if you use a 3210 cable which connects behind the battery (if you look behind it, there are 4 contacts) and to your serial port the other end.

There is loads of software around to do this, I can't think of any offhand as it has been quite a few years since I used it though.

Just as a point of interest these are 2 very different things m8.

The contacts for the cable are at the top right hand side of the battery too, lol.

But if you do a google search for something like DCT3 Repair Partner v3.2 by neb and that will do the trick m8. It will actually show you the security code and have an option to edit it too.

Hi guys sorry to be dum as the word may be.
So as it stands now I need a nokia data cable and the flashing software to access the security code.
Can you please confirm if this is right? Also is it just a standard data cable I will need.

I work best with pic�s if there is any around of this being done. Lol
I am really greatly for the advice.Once again thanks in advance

You need the serial datacable for your handset, and no you dont need the flashing sw you need the sw I mentioned in my last post.

Why not just get another phone from ebay, prob cheaper than getting all the kit to flash it and a lot less hassle, one just sold for less than a tenner on ebay...

There is no need to flash it m8, all he needs to do is google for the sw I mentioned and get a cable, then read the info off the handset. The sw will tell him what the code is that is being used. He can then change it to whatever he wants to.
