How accurate is that list? The guy at Game told me that Ghost Recon would be out on Feb31st. Also i'm not convinced of the Halo 3 release date.

Majesco Cancels Demonik, Taxi Driver

In April, Majesco was flying high, with big plans, signaling their new spirit by changing their stock ticker symbol from MJES to, a bit cockily, COOL. Having announced plans to develop the comic book property The Darkness, over the next few months Majesco snapped up other high-profile projects like Jaws Unleashed, Scorcese's Taxi Driver, Aeon Flux starring Oscar-winner Charlize Theron, and horror master Clive Barker's project, Demonik, a game slated for the Xbox 360.
There was no lack of ambition. A huge marketing campaign accompanied the risky Advent Rising, a new game with no franchise history made by two brothers who had never shipped a game before. Meanwhile Psychonauts, Tim Schafer's charming adventure game, languished on store shelves despite being critically acclaimed. Nevertheless, Majesco headed into E3 feeling good, and announced in June triumphantly that their revenues were up. Just one month later, the CEO abruptly departed and the company found itself the target of a class action law suit from disgruntled investors who claimed they'd been lied to. And then came the news that Jaws was delayed. Then suddenly, Majesco announced that they were selling off The Darkness (to an undisclosed pubisher) and dumping the Ghost Rider license as well.
Yesterday Majesco published its year-end financial report which showed a massive loss in the last quarter - a net revenue of $4.6 million for the period, just 10% of the same period's earnings in 2004. A statement released by Majesco quoted its president, Jesse Sutton, admitting frankly that "[t]his has been a difficult year for Majesco.... Recently, we evaluated our product portfolio and have sold or cancelled most of our premium console titles that were scheduled for release in 2006 and beyond. The increased operating loss we reported today is largely a result of the non-cash charges that we recognized in the fourth quarter relating to these events."
This marks the end of Majesco as a premium publisher. Part of the reorganization and re-positioning strategy announced in the report includes the decision to focus on "value" (i.e. cheap) products and games for the handheld market - projects that will not require nearly as much time or money as products for home consoles, especially into the next generation. The report also disclosed that the staff would be trimmed by about 20%.
Jaws Unleashed is still on the list - for now. But the waters grow ever more murky.

I find that play is a good place to preorder games as theyre very reliable and cheaper. ive already got final fantasy XI, top spin 2 and battlefields 2 on order. looking forward to them arriving

i am an aid mmorpg player and i have to say that FF XI is still a poor rpg mate. if you do really like it and people do, buy it for the pc, its a lot cheaper. I would love to see Eve online, DDO or even swg on the 360. City of Heroes / Villians would be a better port, but lets see what this Marvel and the DC games are gonna be like

Thanks for the advice. Thing is it's not fer me. It's for the girlfriend. She aint the happiest now I've found the 360 and she love Final Fantasy 7. Just hoping to keep her happy with this one so that now she can enjoy the pleasure of the 360 as much as I do. I wish she woul play PC games but she just aint interested. I imagine I'll be looking out for the new titles though too.
