Default wife's first attempt at photography

so that i could get out with my camera more often without getting moaned at i decided to try and get the wife into photography too, so i bought her a d-slr and this is the very first picture she took with it, needs to work a little on her focusing but not bad for a first attempt though eh!.
oh and it was hand held at about 200mm..

Excellent pic mate.. tell her to keep it up, she's a natural! Love the way it focus' on the little one instead of the first one..

    That's a great first shot.

Could probably benefit from a little level tweaking to increase the contrast a bit.

i bought her the nikon d50 with the twin lens kit 18-55 (i think) and a 70-300 its a good entry level camera and at £567 its not a bad price either for what you get.
