    Default Burning guide for cube backups needed....HELP PLEASE.

    Hi Everyone..

    i have just aquired a chipped gamecube for my little boy(and me of coarse)and dont know where to begin for burning the iso images.i have all the other info i need on media and other guides but there dont seem to be a guide for burning the images.i`ve heard nero will do it but i dont know what settings to use or where to begin....A LITTLE NEWBIE HELP NEEDED PLEASE.

    rename .gcm to .iso then burn as DVD image. Simple as that mate.

    just use good media, I recommend ritek g04 / g05 (check with DVDDecrypter_)

    just tried to burn with dvddecrypter and got error message saying invalid image file.Or did you mean something else when you say check with dvddecrypter?cheers for the help by the way m8 ,mucho apprectiated.

    as said above, thats the way i do it and use nero.

    dont use dvd decrypter to burn gamecube images.

    shangrula meant use dvd decrypter to check the disc id, the program will tell you if the media is ritekg04/g05 etc.
    but use nero to acutally burn it.

    I always find burnin @ 2x helps, make sure disk is closed as well.
    Another burnin programme is ONES, works well.

    I use Nero for all my GC ISOs. Works fine although I record with the fastest media but at the slowest speed to ensure highest quality.

    i used to burn at 2x then i got bored and went to 4x now i'm on 8x.

    recently i've been burning gamecube games to crappy po3 or something datasafe's at 8x and still no dr dre...maybe i'm lucky, or maybe I am pure skill...fuck knows but it works
