Thumb blister! Agh!

Hi all,
Got my copy of Fight Night yesterday and been loving it.
Unfortunately, due to some long fights, my right thumb is starting to give me hassle due to the little bumps on the right thumb stick.
I read in a magazine a while back that a company was selling little grip things that cover the top of the sticks that make it feel more like a PS2 controller.
Has anyone seen these and could point me in the right direction?
I think they are only cheap but may be import only.

i tend to play with the joint of my thumb (dont ask me why!!!)

It bloody kills after a few games of PES and these could be a life (well thumb) saver.
