    Default Groin injury

Not sure if I've posted this in the right section but on Thursday night I fooked my groin in. Pulled it while chasing a long ball. Obviously there's a bit of discomfort from it...is there any exercises I can do without making it worse? Will prob have to miss football for a while but can I go walking? Also, I have an exercise bike...will I be able to go on there without risk of making it worse? Cheers

Id get it checked out first m8 and best bet would be to see a physio to see what extent of damage you have done..There is no point in trying a certain exercise out incase this makes the injury worse..Best bet would be to get a physio to have a look at it and take it from there..they will also give you some exercise to do...

Its cleared up quite a bit, and I can only really feel it if I run or do sit ups so am gonna give it another week or rest, if nowt changes I'll go visit a physio. Cheers
