Extending broadband wireless

Hi guys, i need to extent my wireless network. Currently i have a netwrk that runs well but need to create wireless all round my property.

My current router will allow me to connect another cat5 cable and run it to far point of area i want covered,..

What i need to know is what device i need to plug it into at the other end to extend my wireless.... some exact product ideas would be great/// cheers

i think your after an access point to plug into yer router via a cable...
