Apparently RVN gave Ronaldo shit mid week, and brought his dad into the argument. Ronaldo was a bit upset by it. As much as i'd like to give Ronaldo shit, about how poor he is playing, I think RVN comments were out of line.

well i hope he stays, sorts his attitude out over the summer and sticks it out cuz regardless of what people say about him makin trouble the guy is a goal machine, i mean he got 21 prem goals in 28 games and that is top top return for a man having a shit season. and if he can click with roon and ronaldo he will get minimum of 30 goals next season.

he's 30 in a matter of weeks..... we need to change the guard! Its a shame loosing players like keano hughes becks and butt etc but (jaap Stam apart) fergie knows what he'd doing when its time to eject a player.

If ruuds behaving like a spoilt kid then he needs to go. You'd never hear about ole gunner behaving like that. If its your time for the bench... then serve your time.

Fergie should take the risk with rossi and rooney as our front men! Ole and the "man of glass" saha as backup.

Ruuds hearts not been in it since before the Carling cup final.....

There have been more problems in Uniteds dressing room over the years then anyone elses.....cant be a coincidence.

Fergasun is a cunt, and a shite man-manager. Most people that speak about him afterwards have said something along those lines about it - and so many of his players are rumoured to hate the cunt. I think playing saha instead of Ruud is a disgrace in terms of ability.

Dont get me wrong though, I am very happy Ruud is leaving you lot. It will make your very average squad even more average by selling him off.

you still miss beckham thou without doubt, and he signed when real were in transition with figo and makelele leaving and the great man himself Zidane not at his peak.
he must have been doin something right to be successful with his fear tactics but IMO this is the last straw , Ruud has just confirmed again in limited games that he's the finest predator in the game as confirmed by fergie recently. If chelsea had any sense they would snap him up like a shot and Utd would accept aswell!!!

I have a reliable source who works at OT Training ground as a staff member.

He said its frequent that Ruud and Ronaldo have bust ups, because Ronnie fails to give him the ball he needs and always messes up dancing around.

Apparently training before middelsborough they had a bust up and ruud was pushed over by ronnie for getting in his face, a factor playing on his mind during the game ? I say maybe.

Simple fact ruud has spat his dummy out, and quiet right, with a record like Ruuds you NEED to be played. 84 goals in 104 games ?

His champions league record speaks for its self.

Fergie well and truley fucked himself over on this occasion, he should have left 2001. What he is doing is only dragging the team down with him now.

I agree with Flick.. No-one is bigger than the club at the end of the day. No matter how good you are, marketable u are, you are still a employee of a business.. You start pissing and whining and draggin morale down and you're off! and fair dues to Saha as he went out and scored goal after goal so damn rite put him in instead of plod along Ruud..

This entire argument hinges on who, were he to actually leave, would Fergie replace him with? Nobody can lambast Fergie until they know who's coming in. Fergie's still a top manager, you don't come second in the premiership if you're shite. Does anybody not think that were Fergie given the transfer kitty that Chelsea have had to spend that United wouldn't be the champions? Before the scousers start crowing, the same would apply to Benitez and Liverpool. Same with Arsenal.

I agree with what has been said about NOBODY been bigger than the club, although I'm sure Glazer would love Becks back just for his merchandising. I also find it astonishing that people keep mentioning Stam, don't forget that shortly after leaving UTD he failed a drugs test. This was probably the reason he went, so as not to embarass the club.
To be honest RVN's contribution to the team over the last couple of months has warranted him getting dropped and if he can't take it then tough, do what others do work hard and EARN you're place not expect to be picked on reputation and past displays.
