      Default v500 earpiece replacement / dismantle

      can anybody post a short tutorial / guide on how to replace the earpiece on the motorola v500, v525. i usually get dismantle guides off uselessinfo.org (thanks to termy ) but unfortunatly they dont have one for this phone and i dont want to go at it blind.
