Is it necessary to have the BMW Fault & Mileage Eraser Programmer from Dashfixer (same as BMP from Distools) when correcting a BMW?

Doesn't the Diagprog III BMW kit already have that installed on it?

For what kits is it necessary to buy the BMW Fault Programmer that handles all 160 faults in the ECU? Thanks M8.
