will not down load ffs

i got me new 360 other day as other f,,ked up soon as i went on live there was the update dash so i did the problem iv got is i go to down load a demo it starts then say continue or view active downloads no matter where i go the dam thing not downloading it been on hours and stiill on 1 % ffs iv tryed starting again stoped all downloads re downloaded seems to not download

rumble roses double x

any help with this or hav i found fuck up in live never takin this long befor

one simple thing i find, is download what you can first thing in the morning. i was downloading rumble roses at 9pm 3hrs later 5%

i think the usa will be flooding the servers, seems to go slow about 7pm our time.
