I am 6 foot 2, weigh about 14 and a half stone, im 22. Ive got quite a good frame but have never done weights seriously before, I used to do athletics when i was younger but havent done it in a few years.I usually go running 3 times a week.
I want something that i can do to tone up just to start with, are there any good programs i could stick to, what should i eat, what supplements are the best for beginners?
