But how do I use this with Devhook 0.41?

get the full version of devhook, copy it to the ms, run devhook when u see the black screen press 0,

use 0 and not x.....

umd select - iso (iso directory in root "/" )
UMD mount - any UMD
UMD verison - 2.xx - 2.00
Firmware - 2.50 or 2.00-2.50
Cpu Clock -333mhz (u nead the wifi fix 4 wifi or use 222mhz)
boot select - reboot xmb
start

if all is ok, this will reboot the psp and load frimware 2.50 pop in a umd game or demo disk (dont know if a movie will work) go to the umd icon and start the game :-) u can use home + left trigger or home + right trigger to toggel through the iso in the iso dir.
