I thought you could still play on xboxlive on a silver membership

my gold one just ran out, and now they want me to pay. that sucks. i thought you could play people with just a silver membership

well it is free, if you could do that what would be the point in paying for gold?

think silver is for downloading demos and other things
gold is for playing games on live

you can just sign up with a different hotmail account m8 and get another month free, do this as many times as u can.

But the only drawback is you wont get to keep your rep score, and lookin at your score of 735 id say that would bother YOU.

so its either pay up, or use it and lose it (use the other free month and lose the rep score)

its only just over £3 a month anyway and if you find one of the old xbox packs with the 12 month subs its even less
