console needs update before you can play this game

Hi

recieved my samsung 360 fw hack today had a few backups both done by proper sellers.

When I put all of my backups in it says:

your console needs a update before you can play this game

shall i accept?
is this correct?

any help appreciated

alot of games have had updates now , when i brought rockstar table tennis the other week soon as i put it in there was an update would'nt imagine it's owt to concern your self with just the general patches that games are prone too.
