N00b Alert !! looking for a way to re-create this effect :)

Anyone know how I can re-create the effect similar to the image below ? I think its drop-shadow ? but it certainly makes the image more "photograph-like" and stand out. I am a total novice in the world of Photoshop , even adding fancy text to an image is a major project for me .
A nice simple walkthrough would be great , or even beter if some one could make me an action .

Bah, I wish you'd posted that earlier, I've been farting around trying to do it manually.

Best I came up with.

my god, how long did it take to work it out how to do that.

I spent about 5 minutes trying to warp the image to start with, then it suddenly dawned on me that it wasn't warped at all, it's just the shadow that creates the illusion.

After that it was relatively straightforward, although a simple drop shadow was no good. Instead I used a black layer under the image, warped it into shape, added some gaussian blur and lowered it's opacity. I finished it off with some dodging and burning to the edges.

Your action is a much easier option.
