    Default "E-mail network failed"

My girlfriend has just got a Samsung E370 and has put her t-mobile sim card into it (as her phone was dropped into a mates pint LOL) but the sim card was working in other phones no probs.

I can ring her on her number and she can ring me, txt each other no probs so the sim card is defo working but her phone beeps every now and again like she has a message but all it say is "E-mail network failed", does anyone know what this is or what the prob is?

EDIT She also can't connect to t'imternet on it as it just says "network failed" and someting about "connect via GSM as it can't connect via GPRS.

Sounds to me like the WAP and/or the Email profile setting have been ereased/changed. Go on the t-mob site and find the respective setting and check them against your phone.
