Cine to DVD?

I have one cine tape i need converting to DVD if that is at all possible?
Is there anyone out there that could do fairly cheaply and do a fairly good job of it?

It is without sound by the way and I would just need to raw ts file that comes out of it (no menu's or anything).

check the back of one of the photo mags - usually plenty of companies in there will do it. Get them to specify maximum encoding quality.

or see if they can encode it into a lossless format - but that might be expensive.
