Advice on the kinda scratch cards that fall out of magazines

Ok, i usually just throw these things away but this time i thought i would take a look, anyway surprise surprise ive won something from the Level A section which promises to be one of the following :-

1 million in cash (doesnt mention what currency)
£20k
£10k
£5k
£2k
£1k
Digital Camcorder
£250 M&S Vouchers
Ipod Nano
Oskar Emil watch
£150

Now im asked to obtain my claim number which will basically cost me £9 in total (6 min call @ £1.50 a min, or u can text and then you will be sent 6 messages which will cost £1.50 each).

So im thinking for £9 should i go for it as the lowest prize is £150, but then i remember why i usually ignore these things...if its too good to be true..then its bollocks ! So i was wondering if anyone can confirm any inside info with these things...someone in the know so to speak...? or good/bad experiences?

I think I did one of these once. I sat on the phone listening to some premium rated, recorded bollox, only to find that I had won some holiday vouchers. The catch with the vouchers is that they only give you a discount when you spend a certain amount on a holiday and they can only be redeemed with a specified company.

Bottom line, you very rarely get something for nothing.

Whats an Oscar Emil watch, I've got a funny feeling its worth about £0.50, leaving a little mark up for the company.

Edit: true million could be in some lame currency as well.

Edit2: I would call them rather than text, you never know if they text you too many times, but calling them, you are in control at least.
