Tried to order new phone from

filled in details etc and anyway hadn't arrived yesterday (ordered thurs) so gave em a quick email only to get the reply that vodaphone had refused the contract (and have supposedly been refunded my ~£24) . Odd methinks and had a quick look at my credit record and no searches anyway I hadn't got my refund (checked online)so have got onto barclaycard for them to chargeback and am now just wondering if anyone else has used these guys before and if they are cowboys or not?

go to e2save.com - i have used them for a while and had no issues - some really good deals, and they are s sub of carephone warehouse so you won't get burned.

yeah too late to say go elsewhere - spoke to vodaphone and they don't have any record of me applying for a contract (may just be not saying though) and still haven't received my refund, spoke to barclaycard yesterday they said give it till mon and then they'll do a chargeback (and I'll give em some shit as well - foneshop that is)
