    Attention Re: Nigerian Scammers...

nigerian scammers offer you shit loads of money for a mobile phone... The naive seller gets excited and then accept the deal. A fake email is sent by the scammer sayin that £450 or whatever the price is has been sent to your paypal account. The email is known as spoof and therefore the £450 does not go into the account. Its just a fake email posted by the scammer, but the seller thinks its posted by paypal.

the seller doesnt bother lookin at paypal cos they recieved the email and dispatches the phone to nigeria, and happy day for the scammer

btw i aint a nigerian scammer but i have experienced this in the past, but i alway check my paypal acount before dispatching items

    hope that helps

They sometimes use stolen credit cards with paypal or a stolen account, then the money goes into your account.
Then a week or so after sending the item the person whos credit card or account has been used report it to paypal, so paypal kindly take the money back from you and lock your account
    either way you lose out

be careful what you buy on ebay, i heard of a woman trying to buy pedigree puppies and the seller taking the money and sending her an email saying she would not send the dogs and would report the woman to the police for trying to import the dogs illegally.
be very careful - if it sounds too good to be true....................

    Was the "seller" from Nigeria?

If not your post is off topic, much like lots of your other posts. Can't wait til LE sees your offerings in the Legal Section
