hi guys my son has an xbox 360 it started to freeze when loading his games now when u switch the thing on and get the xbox 360 logo on screen it freezes there anyone had this or know what it could be

this is an usual problem withthe early models i think, just take it back to the shop you bought it.

thanks for that but bought it second hand so looks like i paid for a bad en and i shall just have to buy a new one for him

ring MS up about it, they may still help since the machine cant be over a year old yet.

just a thought here
is it being kept well ventillated as in not stuffed in a small area.
and that includes the power supply also?

no it well ventilated was told to take hard drive out and try to start it without it but didnt think core pack had a hard drive also i get 3 red light on the power button when it starts up
