[SNES] NTSC to PAL Super Pro Fighter ?

not sure if this is an easy mod or possible but will ask anyway.

A mate of mine gave me a couple of broken Super Famicom/SNES copiers (Super Pro Fighter and Super Pro Fighter Q, think they are made by CCL), it's just the floppy drives that have gone in them so I intend to replace these. However, they will only work on my JAP NTSC Super Famicom and not on my PAL SNES.

I have a Super Wildcard DX copier which works on both PAL and NTSC systems so was wondering if anyone has any info or know if it's possible to make these things work on a normal PAL SNES ? I have tried putting in a PAL cartridge into the slot etc but all i get is a black screen.

profighter was one of the very first generation snes backup devices, so i wouldnt be surprised if it isnt multi region. My first generation Wildcard wasnt and that was newer than the ProfighterQ

I had a mgh back up unit, it worked on both my famicon and my english unit. it also worked on my mega drive as well. My point is it depended what cartage u had in the side of it.

I maybe totally wrong, and sorry I can't help, but I think there was someway to do it as a few people preferred the ntsc as it was faster or something like that.
