Im too late for the competition but I must say I do not feel that Kites are indeed toys.

Just a simple image of me flying my Kite anyone got any comments let me know.

have to disagree there mate - just a toy for the older generation...

I would say it depends on the kite, you do get small ones that kids use that I would class as toys. The bigger ones that people use to pull buggies or boards would probably be classed as sporting equipment. Is that not where you would go to buy them a sports shop, i don't no never having bought one though.

funny enough I just bought a kite for our bank holiday trip to Camber. Can't wait to have a play
