    Not too hard to make.

    Ham, very hot mustard, honey.

    Yes, honey. The mustard & honey combo does something to the flavour. I know you get honey roast ham but this is on another level. Spoon on plenty of the mustard & honey.

    Any other late night sarnies?

    Hey

    I love Honey Mustard with Rosemary.

    Get a small container, put equal amounts of your favourite Mustard in it ( Grey Poupon, Coarse Mustard or plain Yellow Mustard ) and Honey. Then just mix the two together and if you have any Rosemary around, just sprinkle that into it.

    Use this spread on anything or as a dip for your Chips....very tasty.

    I take it you're talking American mustard when you say 'yelllow mustard'. It's worth noting that this stuff is much much weaker than the English stuff. The English stuff will blow your head off if used in large doses.

    Hey

    When I said Yellow Mustard, I was referring to Colemans and the variants. Not the American 'crap' produced by Frenchys, which is no more a mustard than I am an Astronaut.

    I like Mustards, I have about 10 different types in my fridge right now and a few different home made Honey Mustard variants.

    When I do a baked Ham, I spread a layer of the stuff on the Ham during the last 30 - 45 minutes of baking.
